This is your private page where you share your thoughts about foods that you like to eat and don't like to eat, and where you suggest ideas based on what you have learnt about each other's eating habits.

There are no rules, and everyone is free to participate as much as they feel comfortable.

Remember that success is measured in two ways (personal, and group):
  • personal success - occurs where someone suggests a new food that you discover is not only delicious, but becomes a part of your diet
  • group success - occurs where your group continues to function as a safe and enjoyable place where you can support each other in exploring and discovering new foods!
