You have been allocated to a group in Dare to Share!
Each of you has different ideas about food ... what is healthy, what is good to eat, things that you eat, and things you don't.
The challenge for your group is to find ways to help each other eat a larger variety of foods.
Remember, everyone is participating voluntarily, and does not have to eat anything that they do not wish to. Therefore, you need to find foods that other people might eat if they knew about them which might appeal to them.
This means that you need to ask each other questions in a non-judgemental way that allows everyone else to be honest and trusting.
personal success - occurs where someone suggests a new food that you discover is not only delicious, but becomes a part of your diet
group success - occurs where your group continues to function as a safe and enjoyable place where you can support each other in exploring and discovering new foods!
